disposable thin wall tableware mold

As the pace of life continues to accelerate, more and more people tend to choose fast food or takeout, thus stimulating the rapid growth of disposable tableware demanding. While the injection molded disposable tableware with the advantages of health and clean and recyclable,  has been widely used in restaurant, super market and family. The disposable thin wall tableware generally made of the food grade PS and PP material, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistant.

How to make a disposable thin wall tableware?-- This might be a question from those people who are seeking for the opportunity to start this business.

First of all, lets start with the mold part. As most mold factories has their own design team, so you can provide them with the samples let them design for you. Soon after product design confirmed, mold factory will start the mould design.

The most important thing of making the mold design is the cooling must be very efficient and mold should be designed strong. Because thin wall mold are always inject with high speed machines with high pressure, if the mold not strong enough, it will get bend after used for some time. And regarding the tooling, this is directly affected user's production cost. Let's calculate like this: suppose a 4 cavity mug mold generally cycle time is 6 seconds, if we make it 5 seconds, it means the user can get 480 pcs more products per hour.

Secondly, let's come to the machine part. We would always like to suggest our client to use high speed machine to produce the thin-wall products. High speed machine has at least 30% more output than a standard machine. It means, for one product you need 3 months to finish the production by standard machine, while it's only need 1 month with high speed machine. The production has been greatly reduced and the profit increase.
